Recycling Programs

Our Recycling program consists of three different items that we can dispose of.  These three items are used oil, old tires & old batteries.  The township will pick up used oil as long as the oil is in a sealed container such as an old milk carton.  There should also be no antifreeze, gasoline, diesel or any other substance mixed with the oil.  The only requirement for used tires is they have to be removed from the rim.  We will not take tires that are still attatched to the rim.

The Township will pick all of these items up anytime throughout the year at our earliest convenience.  All you have to do is put them at the end of your driveway near the road and call us at 630-879-5515.
