The Kane County Supervisor of Assessments Office will mail assessment notices to all taxpayers that have had their assessment changed. This does NOT include properties where the assessment went up by the equalization factor. For 2021, our equalization factor is 1.96%.
The equalized assessed values will be published in the Kane County Chronicle. **Please note only assessments changed other than by the equalization factor will be published. Our equalization factor is 1.96% for 2021.

Last day to file a formal appeal to The Kane County Board of Review for the 2021 assessment year.
