The Kane County Supervisor of Assessments Office will mail assessment notices to all taxpayers that have had their assessment changed. This does NOT include properties where the assessment went up by the equalization factor. For 2022, our equalization factor is 5.44%.

The equalized assessed values will be published in the Kane County Chronicle. **Please note only assessments changed other than the equalization factor will be published. Our equalization factor is 5.44% for 2022.

Last day to submit comparable information to the Township Assessor's Office. Please have your comparable information submitted by 3:30pm. For more information on how to file and find comparables, please visit the Assessor page.

Last day to file a formal appeal to The Kane County Board of Review for the 2022 assessment year. For more information please call (630) 208-3818.
